At the start of every year, members of Bums on Seats are asked if they would like to join a committee.  The committee meet every so often to discuss what has happened and what they want to happen within the society.  Roles in the comittee vary from being the president to roles within certain activities.  There are usually a number of roles that are unfilled during the year so people who join throughout the year may find themselves being approached to joining the committee!!
